RETURN AND COMPLAINTS POLICY
Complaints and remarks can be made by consumers within 24 hours of receipt of goods:
- by sending to the e-mail address firstname.lastname@example.org,
- on the phone number +381 60 699 68 55 in the period from 10-20 h every work day
Within one business day, the seller will confirm that the complaint has been received. Within 8 days from the date of receipt of the complaint, the seller will inform the consumer about the decision (in writing or by electronic means) about the conformity of the article with the advertised article, as well as about the possible way of resolving the complaint in accordance with the Law on Consumer Protection (money refund, appropriate price reduction, replacement or repair of the item). The complaint will be resolved within 15 days from the date of receipt of the complaint.
In case of return, customer covers the expenses of shipment.
