Reservations for the selected items
Members of ALMÉ loyalty club will have a possibility of keeping their selected goods on reservation.
Tailoring waiting list priority
PLATINUM and DIAMOND users will have priority to the garment tailoring waiting list.
Lower advance payment for article making
Instead of 50% advance payment, which is the amount of advance payment that customers deposit for tailor made articles, GOLD, PLATINUM and DIAMOND loyalty program members will have the option of depositing smaller amounts.
Big 20% Birthday discount
All members will have guaranteed maximum 20% discount during three day Birthday period (one day before birthday, birthday, and one day after birthday).
After first purchase, buyer gets a temporary loyalty card to which every other purchase will be noted and added.
After reaching the amount of 500 EUR, buyer becomes ALMÉ SILVER loyalty member. For overall purchase value of 1000 EUR, customer meets conditions for becoming ALMÉ GOLD loyalty member. Added purchases above 1500 EUR are eligible for ALMÉ PLATINUM membership, and purchases above 2000 EUR are reserved for ALMÉ DIAMOND loyalty members.
Rating period for recording added value of purchases is not time limited.

HOW TO BECOME ALMÉ LOYALTY PROGRAM MEMBER
Owner of ALMÉ loyalty card can be anyone. You become a member by filling out application form on our website, sending an application email at email@example.com , or by filling out a leaflet at our Store at Cara Lazara st. No.5, Belgrade.

LOSING YOUR ALMÉ LOYALTY CARD
In case ALMÉ loyalty card is lost or stolen, Owner is obliged to report a missing card at email firstname.lastname@example.org. Owner will receive a new card, with all accumulated benefits to that point in time.
HOW DO YOU LOSE A RIGHT OF OWNERSHIP OVER ALMÉ LOYALTY CARD
If there is no recorded purchase within one calendar year on the ALMÉ Loyalty card, card will be blocked. It will be possible to acquire a new card, and Owner will start acquiring benefits from the beginning.
